Return and exchange of goods

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can use the right to refuse or exchange goods purchased in the online store. If for some reason you are unable to return the product to us within the above terms, please contact us. In this case, any return or exchange of goods is at our discretion. Once your shipped item arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a replacement item or make a full refund for the returned item using your original payment method. The terms of the refund depends on the method of payment and return you make, but is no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

Return or exchange of goods

  1. If you have placed an order in the online store as an authorized user:

  2. In your profile, go to the Order history> Complete orders;
    Find the order for which you want to exchange or return the goods;
    Click the Return button next to the desired product;
    After filling in all the required data, click the Submit request button.

After processing your request, our operator will contact you to agree on the terms of the return or replacement of goods. We try to process all requests within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the application.

  3. If you are not registered in the online store or cannot get into your account:

  4. Go to the Refund section;
    Enter the order number for which you want to request an exchange or return of goods;
    Enter the e-mail address specified when placing an order, click the "Continue" button;
    After filling in all the required data, click the Submit request button.

Result of using the right of termionation

  1. Please note that at the time of receipt of the goods, SIA „FLERIS” has the right to record possible visual damage and and the compliance with the set. In the event that SIA „FLERIS” detects an unsatisfactory visual look and / or packaging of the goods at the time of receipt, you will be informed about this and receive a copy of the statement of identification and / or a notification.
  2. All parcels using courier services or parcels sent through parcel terminals must be packed in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer or in such packaging that will protect the goods during transportation.
  3. In case of sending unpackaged goods, the sender is responsible for any damage that may occur during the transfer (for example, scratches and stains).
  4. If the sender has complied with the packaging requirements, the carrier is responsible for possible damage that may arise during transportation and handling.
  5. In case of withdrawal from this agreement, we pay you the amount received from you for the product (s), incl. delivery charges (excluding the additional cost incurred if you have chosen a delivery method that is not our standard and cheapest one), without undue delays and in any case no later than 14 days from the moment we were informed about your withdrawal from this agreement.
  6. Refund is issued using the same payment method that you used to complete the transaction, unless you have specified to pay out otherwise. In any case you are not a subject to any fees required for a refund.
  7. We may delay payment until we receive the goods back or until you provide confirmation that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
  8. The goods must be sent back without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days , starting from the day of notification of the cancellation of the agreement, by filling out the cancellation form, taking into account the requirements for filling it out. The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the end of the period of 14 days .
  9. Under the terms of the agreement, the goods, for exchange or withdrawal from the agreement, are delivered from the client by the seller or service provider at his own expense.
  10. You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods (the maximum payout if the goods cannot be sent back by mail may be approximately 30 EUR).
  11. You are only responsible for the reduction of the value of the goods, if the goods were used not to check the type of this product, its properties or action, but for other purposes. It is necessary to evaluate the product in the same way as it is allowed in a real-life shop.

All personal information provided to SIA „FLERISi” will be used only for the execution of the right to refuse the goods procedure and your, as a buyer, identification, in accordance with the ELKOR privacy policy.
